The compound of formula I is claimed wherein: X2 is H, alkyl, alkoxy, halo, alkylthio, trifluoromethyl, dialkylamino, benzyloxymethyl, cyano, azide or nitro and R30 and R34 are independently -OC(O)-alkyl, -OC(O)O-alkyl, -OC(O)O-CH2CX3, -OC(O)- O-CH2CH2SiR20 or -Si(R16)3 with X being halo; R20 being alkyl and each R16 being alkyl or cycloalkyl. A pharmaceutical composition containing the above compounds useful for treating human ovarian cancer, breast cancer, malignant melanoma, lung cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer, head and neck cancer and leukemia is claimed. |
