C 1-6 cycloalkyl, CO C 1-6 alkyl, C 1-6 alkoxy, hydroxy, hydroxyC 1-6 alkyl, hydroxyC 1-6 alkoxy, C 1-6 alkoxyC 1-6 alkoxy, C 1-6 alkanoyl, nitro, trifluoromethyl, cyano, SR9, SOR9, SO2R9. SO2NR10R11, CO2R10, CONR1 ° R11, CO2NR10R11, (CH2) cNR10R11.
