Substituted heteroaromatic compounds and especially substituted bicyclic heteroaromatic compounds wherein a ring is pyridine or pyrimidine of formula (I) are protein tyrosine kinase inhibitors. The compounds are described, as well as methods of their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds and their use in medicine, for example for the treatment of cancer and psoriasis. |
