Process for the production of pressure vessels for fluids, such as propane and butane, comprising. - making a rotationally symmetrical and fluid-tight inner liner (1) of plastic material, preferably by injection molding, blow molding or rotational molding, forming a central opening (20) at one end (top) of the liner, and wrapping the liner with a fiber reinforcement (2) applied to an adhesive which is then cured. During or after the manufacture of the inner liner (1), a bearing torque (9) is provided in a bottom structure at the other end of the liner opposite to said one end and axially corresponding to the central opening (20). The bearing element (9) comprises an axially aligned centering member (9a). The liner (1) is clamped for rotation about its axis by co-operation with the central opening (20) and the centering means, a rotating pin or mandrel (11, 13) being brought into co-operation with the centering means (9a). The tensioned liner is set in rotation for the said wrapping with fiber reinforcement. The invention also comprises a corresponding pressure vessel. |
