titleOfInvention MEGAKARYOCYTY AND BLOOD PLATE GROWTH, PREPARATION AND MIXTURE
abstract Megakaryocytes and platelets are produced in culture using conditions that encourage megakaryopoies while counteracting the formation of fibroblasts. In particular, it has been found that human plasma or fetal serum heparin will support megakaryocyte formation in vessels lacking fibroblast-carrying coatings. A factor is associated with the megakaryopoiesis.
