abstract |
The fluorosurfactor-free, long-term stable and biodegradable additive for chromic acid solutions has a reducing effect on the surface tension and thus improves the chromium precipitation, especially in connection with electrophytic chromium plating. Preferred additives are CH (CH) SOH and salts thereof, with n = 10 to 18. |
