titleOfInvention Process for the preparation of organic fluorine compounds in alcoholic solvents.
abstract The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of organic fluorine-containing compounds containing radioactive isotope fluorine-18. More specifically, the present invention relates to a process for preparing an organic fluorine-containing compound by reacting fluorine salt containing a radioactive isotope fluoro-18 with alkyl halide or alkyl sulfonate in the presence of alcohol of chemical formula (I), wherein R 1, R 2 and R 3 are hydrogen or C1-C18 alkyl group, as the solvent to obtain a high yield of organic fluorine-containing compound. The synthesis reaction according to the present invention can be carried out under mild conditions to give a high yield of the organic fluorine-containing compounds and the reaction time is reduced, thus being suitable for the mass production of the organic fluorine-containing compounds.
