titleOfInvention ANALOGUE PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF THERAPEUTIC ACTIVE 3- (UREIDOCYCLOHEXYLAMINO) -PROPAN-1,2-DIOL DERIVATIVES.
abstract The invention relates to cardiovascular active compounds of formula I. wherein Ar represents a (monocyclic or optionally partially hydrogenated bicyclic) carbocyclic or heterocyclic ,. optionally substituted aromatic radical, R represents hydrogen, alkanoyl or aroyl, Rog R independently represents hydrogen or lower alkyl or and R R 2 and R 3 are independently hydrogen or lower alkyl, and X represents oxo () or thio (S), their salts, especially therapeutically useful salts, and the process for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds, and their therapeutic use. They can be made e.g. by reducing one to the corresponding compound. In which instead of the 1,4-cyclohexylene residue there is a 1,4-phenylene residue.
