Two-component kits for prepn. of implant materials compise comprise a powder component and an aq. liq.. The powder component comprises CaSO4 and a bioactive ceramic biomaterial (i.e. a material capable of replacing bone and tooth tissue) with a particle size of at least 200 microns. One or both of the components contains a water-soluble alginate salt (I) and a water-soluble phosphate salt (II). The materials are useful for repairing defects in teeth and bones. |
