abstract | The sail skate construction includes a wooden or plastics hull (1) which may be of solid or hollow shape. The hull has bottom connected skate blades (2). The flat topped hull construction accommodates both feet of the sportsman, which may be positioned behind the sail mast support. This is basically a U shaped plate, in which a through hole in the U legs corresp. with optionally selectable row of holes in the hull and is secured by a pin. The top part of the mast support is hingeable for forward, backward or lateral movement. |
