titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR PREPARING A LIQUID PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION IN AN AEROSOL CONTAINER.
abstract Prepn. of liq. pharmaceutical compsns. contg. N-dimethyl laminoisopropyl-thiophenylpyridylamine (I) in the form of a homogeneous soln. administrable as an aerosol comprises dissolving (I) in a mixt. of at least one pharmacologically acceptable solvents and at least one fluorochlorocarbon propellant in the presence of a solubilising agent comprising benzenesulphonic acid, toluenesulphonic acid camphor-sulphonic acid and/or N-cyclohexylsulphamic acid. The solubilising agents prevent (I) from precipitating in the presence of the propellant; this ensures a uniform distribution of (I) and prevents blockage of the aerosol nozzle.
