abstract | Described is a preparation method and application of a super-hydrophobic filter material for a high-humidity environment, and belongs to the field of preparation of filter bags for bag filters. The preparation method comprises: firstly, preparing titanium dioxide sol by a sol-gel method; then, hydrophobically modifying the prepared titanium dioxide sol by v-methacryloxy propyl trimethoxyl silane to obtain hydrophobic sol to be coated; and finally, spraying the prepared modified titanium dioxide sol on the surface of a filter material by a spray gun to obtain a filter material of a bag filter with super-hydrophobic characteristics. According to the present disclosure, the prepared titanium dioxide sol is used to construct a rough structure, and a silane coupling agent reduces surface energy, so that a regular rough structure with excellent hydrophobic performance can be obtained; a coating will not block gaps between fibres of the filter material; filtration efficiency of the filter material is improved; filtration resistance is reduced; and the preparation process is simple and coating stability is good. The present disclosure can well solve the problems of dust sticking in bags, blockage and the like when the bag filter is used for processing high-humidity dust. |
