abstract The present invention belongs to the technical field of fish feed, and discloses an immune - enhanced extruded pellet feed for grass carp, Ctenopharyngodon ide/la and a preparation method thereof. The immune - enhanced extruded pellet feed is composed of corn meal, fish meal, soybean cake meal, wheat bran, sweet potato meal, salt, auxin, calcium hydrophosphate, bentonite, lysine hydrochloride, an antioxidant, soybean oil, high - gluten wheat flour, monocalcium phosphate, choline chloride, a mildew preventive, natural xanthophyll, premix, Copper/eaf herb, wormwood, plantain herb, verbena, Chinese gall, Fructus meliae azedarach and a feed additive. Due to porosity, a volume of the feed in the present invention is increased, so that the feed can float on water. Due to high processing temperature, the feed can be well disinfected and sterilized.
