abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of analysis and detection, and particularly relates to a biogenic amine detection method, a kit and application of the kit, wherein the biogenic amine detection method includes the following steps of: (1) adding a dopamine solution to a thiol-polyethylene glycol modified gold nanoparticle solution to obtain a detection solution; and (2) adding a to-be-detected sample solution to the detection solution for reaction, and after a target reaction time, obtaining a content of biogenic amine in a to-be-detected sample according to a standard corresponding relation between a color of the solution mixture and the content of the biogenic amine based on color changes of the solution mixture.
