titleOfInvention Method for Acquiring Honeysuckle Glandular Hair Tissue
abstract The disclosure belongs to the field of biotechnologies, and particularly relates to a method for acquiring a honeysuckle glandular hair tissue. The method firstly excises an upper part of a honeysuckle flower bud to avoid pollen interference; secondly, through a method of liquid nitrogen low-temperature cooling combined with vortex mixer oscillation friction, an epidermal glandular hair tissue is efficiently and rapidly shed; and finally, it is filtered through lOOum cell strainer and 70pm cell strainer, the high-quality honeysuckle glandular hair tissue is successfully separated. The disclosure is the first time to use the method of liquid nitrogen low-temperature cooling combined with vortex mixer oscillation friction in collecting honeysuckle glandular hairs. It is filtered through the cell strainer to establish a purification technology for the honeysuckle glandular hair tissue. A traditional freezing brushing method for collecting honeysuckle glandular hairs is optimized. Not only the interference of pollen grains is avoided, but also the consumption of manpower and material resources is reduced. The efficiency is improved, and the high-purity glandular hair tissue is acquired. The purity of the honeysuckle glandular hair tissue acquired by the method is high, and a foundation is laid for further research on inclusions and molecular biology of the glandular hair tissue.
