titleOfInvention Novel High-entropy Ceramics with Perovskite Structure and Preparation Method Thereof
abstract Novel high-entropy ceramics with perovskite structure and a preparation method thereof are disclosed in the invention. Specifically, the perovskite structure is in AB03 type, wherein the A-site element is Sr, and the B-site involves five metallic 5 elements of Zr, Hf, Ce, Yb and Me in equimolar ratio. The preparation method comprises the following steps of grinding all components in a mortar firstly with anhydrous ethanol, after grinding, they are dried in an oven and then transferred to a muffle furnace for pre-calcining and naturally cooled to room temperature to obtain ceramic powder, putting the ceramic powder in a mortar, adding polyvinyl alcohol 10 and anhydrous ethanol, and grinding it suff1ciently again, followed by drying and sieving, then pre-pressing the sieved ceramic powder into a disk or strip-type block in the steel mold of a tabletop powder compressing machine, which is then put into a cold isostatic press for cold isostatic pressing molding to obtain ceramic green bodies, finally, the ceramic green bodies are calcined in a muffle furnace and cooled 15 along with the furnace to obtain the novel high-entropy ceramics with perovskite structure, which has high phase stability, low thermal conductivity, high hardness and density.
