titleOfInvention Culture medium for synthesizing ectomycorrhiza
abstract The present disclosure provides a culture medium for synthesizing ectomycorrhiza, belonging to the field of biotechnology. The culture medium, with water as the solvent, 5 includes the following mass concentrations of components: MgSO4'7HzO l~2 g/L, KH2P04 ZNS g/L, yeast extract 3~8 g/L, glucose 8~12 g/L, maltose 8~12 g/L, VBl 0.005~0.015 g/L, NaCl 0.038~0.088 g/L, CaClz l.01~l.21 g/L, ferric citrate (l~2)><lO'2 g/L and PDA 22~26 g/L. The culture medium of the present disclosure enables to screen the most suitable tree species for the symbiotic combination with 10 ectomycorrhizal fungi, thus shortening the cycle time, improving the efficiency, reducing the cost and instructing the artificial cultivation.
