titleOfInvention | ACCELERATE PRODUCING HEAVY LOWER |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for the accelerated provision of a beer, in particular a heavy lager. More in particular, the invention relates to a method for accelerated brewing a beer, an accelerated step of the main fermentation of a beer within the entire process of preparing a beer, and finally an accelerated bearing of the beer. Moreover, the method of the invention relates to the accelerated provision of a heavy lager, in which the clarity of the beer, the taste of the beer, the physical stability and the foam stability of the beer over time do not differ appreciably from the same characteristics determined for a heavy lager that is provided by a conventional and thus longer-lasting method. Finally, the present invention relates to a heavy lager provided with the method of the invention. |
