abstract |
The invention relates to a device for regulating the concentration of glucose in the blood of a person, comprising: - pumping means for selectively supplying at least one substance; - injection means for injecting the substance into the body of the person, and - transport means which fluidly connect the pump means to the injection means; characterized in that - the device is adapted to flush the conveying means with the substance, and - the device comprises detection means for detecting whether or not the device is in fluid-through contact with the interior of the medium through the conveying means and the injection means the body of the person, the device being adapted to flush the conveying means only when the detection means detect that there is no fluid-through contact with the interior of the person's body. |
