abstract The present invention is in the field of airless spraying of multi component adhesives. In an embodiment, the invention relates to flexible foam bonding, such as in foam converting, mattress and furniture production. Airless spraying involves using pressure to force a fluid to be sprayed through a small orifice. When the fluid enters the atmosphere, it breaks up into small droplets forming a spray.
