titleOfInvention | Process for the preparation of a ferroelectric photo-semiconductive coating and device for removing environmental air contaminants using this coating and electrical energy. |
abstract | This describes a method for preparing ferroelectric photosemiconductor coating layers, in which the ferroelectric semiconductor can be applied on a metal and the electron-hole pairs at the surface of the ferroelectric semiconductor are created by the application of electrical energy as an alternating current at 440V and from 1200Hz to approximately 2000Hz, i.e. high voltage and high-frequency electrons. The various aspects are based on a difference in energy levels between the photosemiconductor and the metal, so that this can produce an effective surface reaction (oxidation / reduction reaction) even in an enclosed space where there is no irradiation in the form of light. |
