titleOfInvention Oleanoyl peptide composition and collagen enhancement
abstract Disclosed is the a method of skin repair and firming, said method comprising the step of bringing into contact a pentapeptide conjugate of oleanolic acid with skin cells so that the effects of increased cellular communication at the molecular level to bring about gene and protein expression in the cells of the skin that enable repair and firming is realized. The invention demonstrates the effect of the pentapeptide conjugate of oleanolic acid in increasing Transforming Growth Factor-? and Fribroblast Growth Factor gene expressions in the skin. The most illustrative figure is FIG. 1
