titleOfInvention | Longitudinal coated glass article for stir bar sorptive extraction and thereof its application |
abstract | The present invention provides a longitudinal glass article with a magnetic core and the glass coated with a coating containing a hybrid of methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMOS) and cyanopropyltriethoxysilane (CNPrTEOS) obtainable by a sol-gel method. Further, a method of preparation of the coated longitudinal glass article, comprising the steps of preparing a sol-gel solution from MTMOS and CNPrTEOS, preferably in substantially equimolar ratio, and polymethylhydroxysilane, in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid and water, pre-treatment with sodium hydroxide solution as etching solution and coating an uncoated longitudinal glass article with the resulting sol solution and drying the coated longitudinal article is provided. The coated longitudinal glass article can be used for the SBSE of non-steriodal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and its application there of NSAID determination in urine samples. |
