Provided is a transparent gel-like skin-sterilizing agent, including (A) a specific quaternary ammonium salt sterilizing agent, (B) N-palm oil fatty acid acyl L-arginine ethyl/DL-pyrrolidone carboxylate salt, (C) a specific polyhydric alcohol, (D) ethanol, and (E) a carboxyl vinyl polymer, wherein a content of the component (B) is from 0.01% by mass to 0.3% by mass, a content of the component (D) is from 15% by mass to 35% by mass, a mass ratio [(C+D)/(A+B)] of a total content of the component (C) and the component (D) to a total content of the component (A) and the component (B) is from 100 to 400, and the transparent gel-like skin-sterilizing agent has pH of from 6.0 to 8.0, and has a transparent appearance. |
