THE METHOD COMPRISES DISSOLVING A STARCH IN WATER, ADDING A PREDETERMINED AMOUNT OF UREA, ADDING A PREDETERMINED AMOUNT OF DISODIUM TETRABORATE SALT, ADDING A PREDETERMINED AMOUNT OF LIGNIN, KEEPING THE MIXTURE AT A TEMPERATURE OF 80ºC FOR 3 HRS, POURING THE MIXTURE ON A DISH AND DRYING THE MIXTURE FOR 2 HOURS AT A TEMPERATURE OF 120ºC TO OBTAIN THE FERTILIZER.
