THE INVENTION ALSO PROVIDES A TEST KIT FOR USE IN THE METHOD WHICH COMPRISES SEPARATE CONTAINERS OF: (I) AN ACID PH BUFFER, PREFERABLY AN ACID BUFFER ABOUT PH5; (II) TETRAMETHYLBENZIDINE; (III) A SOLVENT FOR TETRAMETHYLBENZIDINE, PREFERABLY METHANOL; AND (IV) HYDROGEN PEROXIDE.
