abstract |
A method for separating albumine conjugates from unconjugated albumine in a solution comprising unconjugated albumine and albumine conjugates by Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC) is described. The solution is loaded into the hydrophobic column balanced in aqueous regulatory solution having a high salt content; apply a gradient of decreasing salt concentration to the column; and collect the eluted albumine conjugates. |
