The compounds of the present invention have a structure according to formula I: wherein X is S or SO2; R1 is alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkenyl of 3 to 6 carbon atoms, or alkynyl of 3 to 6 carbon atoms, each optionally substituted with cycloalkyl of 3 to 6 carbon atoms, OH, OC (O) alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, halogen, cyano, formyl, C (O) alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, CO2H, CO2alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, C ( O) NR5R6, S (O) alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or S (O) 2alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R2 is hydrogen, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or C (O) alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R3 is a phenyl group optionally substituted with alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, fluoroalkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, fluoroalkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, halogen, cyano or nitro; or R3 is a 5- or 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic ring structure, optionally substituted with alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, fluoroalkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, halogen or cyano; R4 is a 6-membered phenyl or aromatic heterocycle group, substituted in the ortho position with 1-hydroxy alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, C (O) alkyl of 1 to 4 atoms of carbon, CO2 alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, C (O) NH2, cyano, nitro, or CH = NOR7, and also optionally substituted with alkyl of 1 to 2 carbon atoms, fluoroalkyl of 1 to 2 carbon atoms or halogen ; R5 is 2-pyridyl optionally substituted with alkyl of 1 to 2 carbon atoms, fluoroalkyl of 1 to 2 carbon atoms or halogen; or R5 and R6 independently are hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R7 is hydrogen or C (O) alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R8, R9, R10 independently are hydrogen, alkyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, fluoro or chloro; or a salt or hydrated form of them. |
