ENHANCEMENT OF ANTI-ANDROGENIC ACTIVITY BY A COMBINATION OF INHIBITORS THAT POINT DIFFERENT STEPS FROM A STEROID-DEPENDENT PATH OF GEN ACTIVATION AND ITS APPLICATION. |
abstract |
The present invention includes novelty methods and compositions for the inhibition or reduction of the activation of the dependent steroid gene that includes the administration of at least two compounds that act in different steps within an activation of the pathway of the steroid receptor gene. Preferred methods may include the administration of a first compound capable of inducing degradation of a steroid receptor and administration of a second compound capable of inhibiting gene activation at a different step of the steroid receptor pathway. Activation of the steroid dependent gene can be reduced or inhibited, modulated or controlled mostly when at least two compounds are administered in combination or together. |
