Sodium pantoprazole compounds that prevent adhesion to nasogastric and gastronomic tubes are described. The fruits of multiple pantoprazole particles have a spheroid nucleus of pantoprazole or an enantiomer thereof, or a salt thereof, a surfactant, and a disintegrant; a sub-coating that is comprised of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (hypromellose) and water, an enteric coating in the sub-coating, and a final flash coating on the enteric coating, which is composed of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (hypromellose) and water. |
