The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions and treatment methods comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a combination of a 2-alkylillide-19-nor-vitamin D derivative and an estrogen agonist / antagonist or a salt or prodrug pharmaceutically acceptable thereof.
