Isolated human monoclonal antibodies are described, which bind to, and inhibit human CD25, and compositions and molecules based on the related antibodies. Human antibodies can be produced by a hybridoma, a transfectome or in a non-human transgenic animal, for example, a transgenic mouse, capable of producing multiple isotypes of human monoclonal antibodies that undergo V-D-J- recombination and isotype exchange. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising human antibodies, non-human transgenic animals, hybridomas and transfectomas which produce human antibodies, and therapeutic and diagnostic methods for using human antibodies are also described. |
