The present invention is generally related to the fields of neuroscience, growth factors and pressure. More particularly, the present invention solves the need in the art for methods and compositions for treating neurological disorders such as depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, insomnia, obsessive compulsive disorders, dysthymic disorders and schizophrenia. In some embodiments, the invention relates to non-covalent binding interactions between insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) and proteins that bind IGFs (IGFBPs). |
