titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR PURIFICATION OF CAPROLACTAMA.
abstract Procedure for the purification of crude caprolactam, which has been obtained 1. by transformation of a mixture (I), which contains 6-aminocapronitrile and water in a mixture (II), which contains caprolactam, ammonia, water, high-point components boiling and low boiling components, in the presence of a catalyst, then 2. removing ammonia from the mixture (II), obtaining a mixture (III), containing caprolactam, water, high boiling components and components of low boiling point, then 3. partial or complete removal of water from the mixture (III), obtaining a crude caprolactam (IV), containing caprolactam, high boiling components and low boiling components, the procedure of which is characterized in that a) the raw caprolactam and an inorganic acid are introduced, which has a boiling point above the boiling point of caprolactam under distillation conditions according to the stages s subsequent b) ah), in a first distillation device K1, b) the inorganic acid is distilled in the first distillation device K1, the first partial stream in the bottom zone and a distillation device K1 being taken from the distillation device K1 second partial stream in the head area, c) a second partial stream of step b) is introduced into a second distillation device K2, d) the second partial stream of stage b is distilled in the second distillation device K2 ), taking from the distillation device K2 a first partial current in the bottom zone and a second partial current in the head zone, e) the first partial current from step d) is introduced into a third distillation device K3, f ) the first partial stream of step d) is distilled in the third distillation device K3, with the first partial stream taken from the distillation device K3 in the bottom zone and purified caprolactam in the head zone, and g) the first partial current of step f) is introduced into the first distillation device K1.
