A canine respiratory coronavirus (CRCV) that is present in the respiratory tract of dogs with a canine infectious respiratory disease and that has a low level of homology with the enteric canine coronavirus, but that has a high level of homology with all strains of bovine coronavirus (eg, Quebec, and LY138), and strain OC43 of the human coronavirus, the dentate CRCV, the polymerase cDNA and the hemagglutinin / esterase and the partial protein sequences are listed in Figures (1) to (4), (13) and (14). |
