The present invention relates to a copolymer derived from the polymerization of (a) at least one cationic monomer of the formula (I): (See Formula) in which R1 is hydrogen or methyl, R2 is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, R3 , R4 and R5 are, independently of each other, hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, n is an integer from 1 to 5, and Y is a counter-ion, and (b) at least one monomer of formula (II) (See Formula) in which R6 means hydrogen or methyl, and R7, R8 and R9 mean, independently of each other, hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, with the proviso that at least one of the substituents R6, R7, R8 and R9 is C1-C4 alkyl and (c) optionally, at least one entanglement agent, which contains at least two ethylenically unsaturated parts, as well as its use in personal care products and personal care products. |
