titleOfInvention BLUE PHARMACOLOGICAL SUBSTANCE OF TOLUIDINE OR AND ITS USE FOR IN VIVO DYING AND CHEMOTHERAPY OF DISPLASTIC FABRICS.
abstract The invention relates to an improved process for preparing TBO pharmacological products and includes the following steps: (1) synthesizing an indamine; (2) converting said indamine into an S-indaminyl thiosulfate; and (39 adding an oxidizing catalyst agent, complexing agent, and an acid to said S-indaminyl thiosulfate to formulate TBO and C-4-methyl regioisomer, and derivatives thereof. The invention further relates to new compositions of matter that are useful for detecting dysplasic tissue, as well as for treating dysplasic tissue, specifically TBO products predominantly formed by peaks eight, peak six, or a combination thereof. The N, N-dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine as the starting material results in a composition of TBO product formed from peaks eight, seven, six and five in the approximate proportions 33: 5: 5: 1, respectively, while N-dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine as the starting material results in a composition of TBO product demethylated consisting of peaks six, five, three and two in the approximate ratio 33: 5: 5: 1, respectively, The invention also relates to an improved PLC method for analyzing the improved TBO pharmacological product, The improvement comprises the addition of an ion mating reagent in a first volatile phase and the formation of a second mobile phase composition comprising 50% alcohol by volume.
