titleOfInvention CONVEYOR BAND WITH ADVERTISING, METHOD AND APPLIANCE FOR YOUR PRODUCTION.
abstract The present invention relates to an advertising conveyor belt that is manufactured by coating at least one flexible band member with a vinyl varnish coating. A white base coating is applied over the vinyl varnish coating. A special white PVC coated material is also used. A variety of printing processes are used to print advertising images about the band member. These processes include screen printing, flexographic, rotocalcographic and digital inkjet printing. The band member can be coated with clear coating material and cured under ultraviolet light. Band members can be produced in lengths less than the total length of the conveyor belt with removable coupling means, which allow individual advertising images to be replaced without replacing the entire conveyor belt. The methods for manufacturing the band members are also described, including ink formulations, handling steps and drying.
