Isolated human monoclonal antibodies are described, which bind to CD30 (for example human CD30). Human antibodies can be produced in a non-human transgenic animal, such as a transgenic mouse, capable of producing multiple isotypes of human monoclonal antibodies when undergoing V-D-J recombination and isotype exchange. Also described are derivatives of human antibodies (e.g. bispecific or immunoconjugate antibodies), pharmaceutical compositions containing human antibodies, non-human transgenic animals and hybridomas that produce human antibodies, and therapeutic and diagnostic methods to use human antibodies |
