This invention relates to a method of eliminating a pest of invertebrates, which comprise contacting the pest of invertebrates or their environment with a biologically effective amount of a compound of formula I that includes all geometric and stereoisomeric isomers, N-oxides and agriculturally suitable salts thereof (for example in a composition comprising a compound of formula I) wherein J is a phenyl ring, a naphthyl ring system, a 5- or 6-membered heteroaromatic ring or an aromatic fused heterobicyclic ring system 8, 9 or 10 members where each ring or ring system is optionally substituted with 1 to 4 of R5; K is -C (= A) NR2- or -NR2C (= A) -; L is -NR2C (= B) -R3 or -NR1SO2 -R3; A and B are independently O or S; and R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and n are as defined in the description. Certain compositions for eliminating invertebrate pests that comprise a biologically effective amount of a compound of formula I, an N-oxide thereof or an agriculturally suitable salt thereof are also described. Certain compounds of formula I, N-oxides and agriculturally suitable salts thereof are also described. |
