The invention relates to PNA derivatives that carry a phosphoryl radical at the N-terminus of the PNA structure, for example a phosphate radical or a substituted phosphoryl radical, wherein substituted phosphoryl derivatives optionally carry one or more labeling groups or crosslinking groups or groups that favor absorption, intracellular or groups that increase the binding affinity of the PNA derivative with nucleic acids. The invention also relates to a method for producing the above-mentioned PNA derivatives and their use as pharmaceuticals and diagnostic agents. |
