The invention relates to polyalkoxylated superamides of the following formulas: R1 - CONR ° _CH2CHR ° -0- (CHR4-CHR5O) m- (CH2CH2O) n] pX (I) Rl-CON- [CH2CHR ° -O- (CHR4- CHR5O) m- (CH2CH2O) nX] 2 (II) in these formulas: R represents a C7-C22 hydrocarbon radical; R2, R3 represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 hydrocarbon radical; R4, R5, represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical containing 1 or 2 carbon atoms, with the proviso that at least one of these two radicals is a hydrogen atom; X represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 hydrocarbon radical, or a group of phosphate, carboxylate, sulfate or sulphonate; m varies between 0 and 20 exclusive; n varies between 0 and 50 exclusive; p is equal to 1 or 2, depending on what X represents. The invention also relates to a method of obtaining said compounds and their use, in particular, as emulsifying agents for oil. |
