Compounds or their salts having the following general formula (1): A-B-N (O) s where: s is a number equal to 1 or 2, preferably s = 2; A = R-T1-, where R is the drug radical and T1 = (CO) to (X) t ,, where X = O, S, NR10, R10 is H or a linear or branched alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or a free valence, tyt 'are integers and equal to 0 or 1, with the proviso that t = 1 where t' = 0; t = 0 when t '= 1; B = -TB- X2-O- where TB = (CO) when t = 0, Ts = X when t '= 0, X being as defined before; X2, bivalent radical, is such that the corresponding precursor of A and the precursor of B satisfy respectively the pharmacological tests described in the description. |
