titleOfInvention PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION OF POLYPEALLY INESPECIFIC ANTIGEN AND PREPARATION PROCEDURE.
abstract Procedure for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition of unspecific polyvalent antigen, for the activation of the immune system useful in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases by pathogenic bacteria or viruses, comprising: sterilizing a culture medium; sowing said culture with a non-pathogenic bacterium, said procedure characterized by the homogenization of said culture medium by using a magnetic stirrer for an approximate period of about 68 to 74 hours, at room temperature, with the subsequent quantification of the number of bacillary bodies per cubic centimeter of the culture medium, with a reducing agent being added in an amount corresponding to 10% of the culture medium; cooling the resulting product for a period of approximately 68 to 74 hours, so that the total disintegration of the vacillating bodies is obtained by the action of said reducing agent; and, sterilize, dilute and package the product obtained, so that the quantity of bacillary bodies has a value of approximately 30,000,000 per cubic centimeter of said pharmaceutical preparation.
