abstract Bacterial static compositions for salmonella are described which contain, as an active ingredient, a fermented broth that is obtained when fermentation is carried out through the use of lactic acid and bacteria belonging to the genus Leuconoestoc, Streptococcus and Streptobacterium in a medium containing sucrose , or a preparation that originates from the supernatant obtained by subjecting the fermented broth to a fractional precipitation from an organic solvent miscible with water.
