titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR STABILIZING A WATERPROOF SOLUTION OF DERIVATIVES OF PIRAZOLOACRIDONA. |
abstract | A method for stabilizing an aqueous solution containing a pyrazoloacridone derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which comprises adding an acid to an aqueous solution containing a pyrazoloacridone derivative, represented by the following formula (1) (hereinafter referred to as compound (I): (see formula) in which R1a, R1b, R1c and R1d independently represent hydrogen, a lower alkyl group, - (CH2) pX (where p is an integer from 1 to 6; and X represents a hydroxyl group, a lower alkoxy group or -NR2aR2b, (where R2a and R2b independently represent hydrogen, a lower alkyl group, - (CH2) mY (where m is an integer from 1 to 6 and Y represents a hydroxyl group, a lower alkoxy group or -NR3aR3b (where R3a and R3b independently represent hydrogen or a lower alkyl group)); or R2a, and R2b form a heterocyclic group together with the nitrogen atom adjacent to them)) or รป CH ((CH2) nOH ) 2 (where n is an integer from 1 to 5) or its pharmaceutic salt only acceptable; replace the air in a tightly closed container containing the aqueous solution, with an inert gas; and seal the container; and a tightly closed container containing an aqueous solution containing the compound (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and an acid; where the air in the tightly closed container is replaced with an inert gas. |
