The invention provides isolated novel polynucleotides, from cDNA libraries of a human fetal liver and spleen as well as the polypeptides encoded by these polynucleatides and mutants or variants thereof. The polypeptides correspond to a novel, human CD30 protein. Other aspects of the invention include vectors containing polynucleotides of the invention and related host cells as well as the processes for producing novel CD39 type polypeptides, and antibodies specific for these polypeptides. |
