abstract |
Multi-component superabsorbent gel particles are described. The multi-component particles comprise at least one water-absorbent resin and at least one water-absorbent basic resin. Each particle contains at least one micro-field of the resin acid in contact with, or very close to, at least one micro-field of the basic resin. Mixtures of multi-component superabsorbent gel particles with particles of a second water-absorbent resin are also disclosed. Improved diaper cores are also disclosed which contain multi-component superabsorben gel particles |
