abstract The present invention relates to compounds of formula I (See Formula) in which R represents a hydrogen atom or a radical -COOH, -alq-COOH, -PO3H2, -CH2-PO3H2; -CH = CH = COOH or phenyl substituted by a carboxy radical, R1 represents a radical -alq-CN, -alq-COOH, -alq-Het, -alq-PO3H2 or -alq-CO-NH-SO2R2, R2 represents a alkyl or phenyl radical, alq represents an alkyl radical, Het represents a saturated or unsaturated mono or polycyclic heterocyclic containing 1 to 9 carbon atoms and one or more heteroatoms chosen from O, S, N, the heterocycle is optionally substituted by one or various alkyl, phenyl or phenylalkyl radicals, it is understood that when R represents a hydrogen atom or a radical -COOH OR PO3H2, R1 cannot represent -alq-COOH, its isomers, racemic, enantiomers and diastereoisomers, their salts, their preparation, their intermediaries and the medicines that contain them.
