titleOfInvention APOLIPROTEIN-B SYNTHESIS INHIBITORS.
abstract The present invention provides novel compounds of formula (I): (See Formula); the N-oxides, the sterochemically isomeric forms thereof and the pharmaceutically acceptable addition salt thereof, in which A and B taken together form a bivalent radical of formula: -N = CH- (a) -CH = N - (b), -CH2-CH2- (c), CH = CH- (d), -C (= 0) -CH2- (e) AND -CH2-C (= 0) - (f); R1 is hydrogen, C1-6alkyl or halo; R2 is hydrogen or halo; R2 is hydrogen; C1-8alkyl, C3-6cycloalkyl or C1-8alkyl substituted with hydroxy, oxo, cycloalkyl or C3-6aryl; Hst is an optionally substituted five or six membered heterocyclic ring; use as a medicine, especially as a lipid lowering agent, as well as pharmaceutical compositions and methods for preparing compounds and compositions are described.
